We are back again for our next collaboration with IMM model Nancy. Constantly on the run around London? Check out her top foodie stops for those busy casting dates when you are in need of good grub. Want more IMM collaborations? Check out our curve models on set with London photographer Danny Lowe as they get serious about the industry and 'Trump' those stereotypes...
Running around Central London all day flitting between castings can be stressful and tiring. I alwasy try and make enough time for at least a 45min lunch break to refuel and chill so I look and feel fresh and energised when I arrive at the afternoons castings. These are my go to stops for a quick, healthy, and reseonably priced lunch in the city centre to stop off at for a bite.

A mix and match concept, you get to choose your favourite dishes from the counter and create your own lunch. Great for vegans, veggies and meat eaters alike there are lots of option to keep everyone satisfied. You can rest assured knowing that you are having a healthy lunch as all ingredients are sourced locally where possible, non GMO, dairy and gluten free and everything is cooked in house and fresh. No need to spend the extra few quid on a drink as they have free still and sparkling filtered water to help yourself to.

Superfoodie heaven! A myriad of colourful fresh, nutrient packed juices and nut milks are just where it starts. With a generous menu ranging from mix and match salads to a vegan burger and of course avo on toast (with added feta for veggies). If you, like me, have a sweet tooth they have a great selection of guilt free goodies. Some made in house and some from the most up and coming health food dessert companies. They all look delightful but i can personally vouch for the raw vegan mars bar.

Another mix and match concept (there is a theme here - clearly i like variation) ahi poke is one a few of the relatively new "poke" restaurants popping up around the city. Originating from Hawaii poke bowls traditional are a mixture of rice, fish and vegetables - comparable to a sushi bowl. To create your bowl you get to choose a base of either rice, quinoa or kale, add you fish topping (of for veggies or vegans like me - marinated mushrooms), choose you sauce and finally top with an array of veggies, fruits, beans and nuts! Delicious and keeps you full for hours!
