Ten minutes with Jenna will leave you pondering; I wonder if I could give it a go on

1.) How did you get into the industry?
So I first got into the industry after getting some head shots taking in my dance college. I had never modelled before but the photographers said I should look into it. I got signed with an agency back in 2014 for a few months but started to take it more seriously as a career recently this year after being a finalist in Britain's Next Top Model.
2.)Would you advise aspiring models to join TV shows/ reality shows to further their career?
I think TV shows give you a chance to get your face seen by the public and it can definitely act as a bit of a stepping stone in furthering your career. However, I only see this being beneficial if it relates to the route you want to go down. For example Britain's next top model was perfect for me as I learnt so much from being on the show and had some many great experiences which I can now put into practice as a model.
3.) In addition what are the good and bad aspects of being on TV?
I think the good aspects of being on TV is learning how to present and advertise yourself to the viewers and being able to show people your true personality. It has gave me an insight on how set life works which i think would bet very similar to if I was booked for a commercial/music videos in my modelling career . I would also say it has made me a more confident person knowing that my ups and downs have been shown to so many people and I'm ok with people seeing every side of me whether that be happy or sad. The bad aspects would be the back lash you get from social media and having to read things about yourself that you have never had to think about before. TV shows can get edited ALOT and I think viewers forget that some of it can be staged, once you have said one thing it is put out there for the
whole world to see forever so you really have to make sure you promote yourself in the best light possible otherwise your reparation could be tarnished.
4.)What's been your career highlight so far?
My career highlights so far would firstly be making it to the Final 9 of
BNTM I'm still shocked that I can even say I got that far and it's a memory that will be with me forever. My most recent highlight however would of course be being signed to
IMM. To be able to say I have an agency who believe in me as a professional model and are helping me in my dream career is already a dream come true and I hope to continue making this year a successful one and many more after that!
5.) We love you style, what are you fave trends for this Summer?
My favourite trends for this summer are definitely cute little co-ordinate crop tops and patterned shorts, I love festival boho chic, braids, hats the lot! Bring on summer!
6.) So you love to dance – what fitness advice would you offer to aspiring models?
Dance has also been a passion of mine since I was 3 it's a fun way to keep fit! I think you should always make a fitness routine enjoyable a lot of people can be intimidated by the gym including me, I find it hard to just go and train alone at the gym so I tend to go to more classes such as spin and hot yoga. I also have a personal trainer who shows me new exercises each week so I don't get tired of the same routine.
7.) What are your career goals?
My career goals are to get booked for a really big campaign! If I ever even got close to something such as
Calvin Klein I think that would be my career made haha! Until then I'm going to work hard and take as much experience I can to be the best model I can be!
