✨ MODEL WORKSHOP DAY ✨
We hosted 12 of our gorgeous new faces at the incredible Mello Studios in Hackney, London, for an unforgettable day filled with Posing, Pics & Prosecco - what more could you ask for from a sunny Friday in November?
We brought in one of our most seasoned models - TIA - to coach the girls in the art of eCommerce posing (seriously, she's a force to be reckoned with), alongside the fantastic REMI, an in-house photographer at eCom giant, ASOS. Their combined experience and invaluable advice made for an unforgettable day packed to the brim with tips & tricks.
Not only did the models get a chance to put these tips to the test and strut their stuff in front of each other, but they also squeezed in a little portfolio update upstairs with talented photographer Alysha and New Faces Booker Sarah.
The skills the models gained from the day far exceeded expectations, they walked away with a noticeable boost in confidence (both on and off camera), key industry advice, answers to all their burning questions, friends for life, (and perhaps a little buzz..).

Olivia - "For me the workshop was a great way to meet other faces at the agency, Tia helped so much with showing the best ways to model depending on the type of brand you're working with and some super useful tips and tricks for developing your brand as a model!"
Sola - "I loved the workshop and found it so helpful! It was great meeting the other girls and being able to share our experiences, and Tia provided so much useful insight into the industry. Everyone was lovely and it made me super proud to be a part of IMM :)"

Karina - "The workshop was really fun - it allowed me to meet other models, build my portfolio as well as learn skills about the industry. Really useful skills on posing and shoots was given and it was nice to try different styles of shoots"

Tia was so lovely and gave really honest feedback, thanks to her I have now feel like I have a wider range of poses. She also gave us tips for different brands and what they like to see. Charlotte - "The day was so enjoyable, as I got to meet so many other lovely new models and learn great tips from a very experienced model Tia. Also being able to ask her questions face to face and having her honest opinion was very helpful"

For one, I found the e-commerce workshop really useful learning about posing and confidence, as well as being able to talk to other models in similar situations and talking about the mental health side of things. I think I also found it really useful talking about tips and tricks in the industry and reinforcing that you should always stay true to yourself."
